Ten Thousand Photographs

Southwest Airlines is a little different than other airlines. Aside from being three times more profitable than all others in North America and aside from keeping all of its employees working when others laid off by the 1,000’s in the aftermath of 9/11, the walls of their head office have more than 10,000 (no, that is not a typo) photographs of employees (at work and at play), their families, their pets and anything else important to them.
